Neal has 18 years of experience in the oil, energy and storage industry. He is currently a Partner at AmpTank Energy, a developer of grid scale energy storage projects in the Nordic and Baltic regions. Prior to the Russia/Ukraine conflict he was the Head of Energy Trading for VTB Commodities in Switzerland.
Orkhan Rustamov
Alkagesta
Orkhan Rustamov is the Chief Executive Officer of Alkagesta. He is responsible for strategic direction of the business and Oversees the company’s core functions, including trading, operations, finance, investment, and derivatives trading.
Captain Samir Fernandez
Cepsa
Captain Samir is the Director of CEPSA MARINE FUEL SOLUTIONS where he is responsible for CEPSA’s global marine fuel sales, development of new markets, and customer experience/satisfaction.
Ilayda Genç
Port of Rotterdam
Ilayda works on the Clean Industry & Transport team as Business manager Renewable Fuels & Chemicals. She has an education in mechanical engineering and worked for the well-known dredging company Van Oord for which she also did sourcing of biofuels bunkers.
David Fereres
JDF Commodities
David founded JDF Commodities in 2018 as a Financial/Oil Consultant in Paris. Currently consulting for Penthol. Previously at SGCIB as a Credit Derivatives Structurer in 2009, then at Barry Rogliano Salles and Vilma Oil as a Fuel Oil Trader. Graduated from ESME Sudria in 2007 and ENSAE ParisTech in 2009.

AVISTA Green
Niels is CEO at AVISTA Green, a re-refining and environmental company.
Antoine Halff
Kayrros
Antoine co-founded Kayrros, a cleantech firm using AI and satellite imaging to track energy flows. He’s also a senior research scholar at Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy. Previously, he was chief oil analyst at the International Energy Agency and held senior roles at the U.S. Energy Information Administration, Newedge, and Eurasia Group.

Christophe is Global Business Director at Hermanos. Prior to that, he was Head of Marine & Bunkers for Oman Oil Marketing Company. Prior to that he was a Senior Manager of Cargo and Bunker Trading at PMG Holding and a Senior Trader in Cepsa’s Dubai office.
Pippo Pandolfino
Valletta Bunkers
Pippo is CEO of Valletta Bunkers Limited, a bunker supplier located in Malta. An accountant by profession, Mr. Pandolfino previously held the position of CFO of Enemalta Corporation (the state-owned energy company in Malta). Earlier in his career, he worked in the airline and banking industries. A certified accountant and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, he received his MBA degree from the University of Malta.
Harry Riley-Gould
Quantum Commodity Intelligence
Harry is a Senior Editor at Quantum Commodity Intelligence. He has 8 years’ experience covering commodity markets in various roles as a reporter, analyst, and editor, with a focus on biofuels and oil products.
Mark Schaltuper
Lenox Greene Advisors
Mark co-founded Lenox Greene Advisors, an ESG and Risk Management advisory helping companies navigate changing stakeholder expectations and growing regulatory requirements. Before Lenox Greene, Mark was a Managing Director for Risk Management at AIG and oversaw Nonfinancial Risk Management for Corebridge Financial. He was an early member of AIG’s Sustainability team. Prior to AIG, Mark led the Global Country Risk research team at Fitch Solutions, and formerly oversaw all Americas research for BMI Research, which was acquired by Fitch Group in 2014.

Mark is the Innovation Manager at Manta Marine Technologies where he is responsible for driving strategic innovation & development of green technologies for the maritime industry. He has an education in Chemical Engineering and prior to working in shipping he worked for a state-owned mining company in New Zealand & Australia.
